I also have experience in, Wired and Wireless networks. I have used and configured almost every brand of router. I know how to set up firewalls in both windows and routers. This can be a tiresome job trying to configure certain programs on certain ports to access the internet.
I am very talented in helping others learn basic Windows Repairs and clean up. I use screen shots or pictures of the boxes that pop up and lead you through it. Most repairs and maintenance is fairly simple. You can even set up most things to clean themselves.

I have been working on computers since the mid 90's and have 12 plus years experience, doing both Windows problems, and Internet and Internet connectivity problems. In 2002 I started a new approach to fixing windows based problems. I began using both Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop Connections to fix customers computers. I started out by word of mouth on the internet and began to grow and fix more and more computers. Finally in 2006 I decided to create a Web Site Totally devoted to Online Direct Connection PC Repair.
